A Farmers Update… The Seasonal Produce market list from Balsam Farms
4 varieties of sweet potato . 9 kinds of winter squash! Including butternut, acorn . spaghetti . ‘LI cheese pumpkins our local specialty’ . cabbage . cauliflower . broccoli . romanesco . brussel’s sprouts . kale . carrots . beets . turnips . shallots . garlic . fresh herbs . apples . pears . Balsam is staying open until December 17th!

David Tanis suggests a turkey alternative, I like to think of it as a great addition to an already fantastic meal!
